Natural Rubber Professional XL Yoga Mat by Natural Fitness offers impressive traction and is ideal for at-home yoga practice. the mat is 75 inches long and 3/16" thick, providing a roomy area on which to practice your poses.

The reason we recommend this mat for at home practice is its weight. if you are not used to yoga mats from natural rubber, this mat will seem heavier than usual, so if you are yogi on the go you may prefer a lighter mat.

There are two versions of the Natural Rubber mat: Professional and Professional XL. they are both the same thickness, but Professional XL gives you 5 extra inches of length.

We like the fact that the mats are reversible, so one day you can practice on a colorful red mat, and the next day opt for an earthly brown.
