Which Is the Best Eco Yoga Mat?

I'm thinking of getting the yoga-mad tree-mat but can anyone recommend any others? This one looks the best but at 4mm thick I think it may be a bit too thin. I'll be using it for sit ups too because my spine digs into the floor too much so I think I may need something thicker.

I'm in the UK by the way.
