I want no... I need to lose weight, can anyone help me?

I am 5'10" about 150 pounds. My ideal weight is between 128 and 133.
I want to be 130lbs!!

for the past two days ive been drinking nothing but water, taking my vitamin and eating pretty clean. The problem is exercise!!
I use to play basketball, but stopped because of singing and acting.

I used to be a yoga freak but stopped just because
I like to dance but dont have much time to do so

Is there anything I can do that really does works, I like to be outside but it's been pretty hot latley so im trying to stay inside, i have a mat and some 5lb dumbells

I want to lose 20 pounds!

You have to look at your diet. Our diet is 85% of it. I know you say you "eat pretty clean" but what if it is all wrong for fat loss???

how many calories are you eating each day? how many grams of protein/fat/carbs each?

At your current weight you should be eating 1300 calories to lose fat. more importantly than just "calories" is the CONTENT of those calories. Meaning how you break up those macronutrients (protein/fats/carbs). Like if you eat 1300 calories from only carbs your body will look horrible. BUT if you eat 550 from protein/550 from fat/200 from carbs your body will look lovely in no time soon!

Stop taking vitamins! first of all, dieting needs to occur naturally so that your body can get accustom to it with out becoming dependent in anything. Wake up early, start with a routine stretch to wake up your body. Afterwards, put on a hoddie and jog for about 20 minutes. Eat foods that are rich in nutients like like veggies, fruits, tuna, and meat. I suggest a blueberry/ strawberry/ banana shake with 1 % milk in the morning to get some energy, but u can never go wrong with a grape fruit. try to eat small portions of foods and and don't eat after 8 pm. good Luck!
