I use tough and tender wipes. They are biodegradable, non-toxic and clean anything. Also, very convenient to take with you in your yoga bag!

I get really really sweaty hands and feet whenever I workout (and even for no reason sometimes). I've tried using anti-perspirant pads on my hands and feet, but found it makes my skin too dry to the point my skin starts breaking.
So I was wondering if anyone with a similar problem who does yoga, or is a yoga expert, knows of any yoga mats/general mats that will allow me to maintain grip while doing yoga and not slip and slide.
I've already tried using the thick "puzzle" foam pads parents use in baby play areas, and a Nike closed-cell yoga mat (5 mm. thick), and both have not offer enough grip for my sweaty hands/feet.
I have the biggest problem when doing "downward dog" (as you can imagine), since you exert a lot of outward pressure on your hands, and without the grip, my hands slip off the mat and I fall out of position. And you can also imagine how much more difficult balance positions like "twisting" poses can be when my feet are sliding off the mat.
Any suggestions?
Hmm…I'm thinking the best thing to do would be to talk to your doc. I can't think of any specially designed mats that would help you, but there are medications for people who sweat a lot. I hope you find your answer!
Try washing your plain old sticky mat with Simple Green. It's not the cleanser, but it's gentle enough (and bio friendly) that it shouldn't change the chemistry of the mat's surface. I've found that my sticky mat has gotten more sticky with use and cleaning (not too often, but don't be gross either). But then again, I don't have your same issue. But it has gotten more sticky with use…try it…be patient.

Good alternative mats for yoga if I get really sweaty hands and feet?
I go to camp and we go camping for 1 day in the wild. whenever i go 2 people have to share one bag to bring our stuff in and mine always happens to break how should i pack my stuff. should i just bring a sheet and camping mat and mess kit? what should i pack i know a yoga mat to sleep on and a sheet for blanket and mess kit and clothes but any suggestions?

Overnight is pretty easy.
For clothes at least what your going to wear plus extra socks and underwear.
Then your normal gear,
Flashlight, Matches, weather gear (parka, rain gear or whatever)
Knife
If you don't have a sleeping bag, for sure make a bedroll, and I'm guessing you have a tent, if not it's cool, only really need one during the summer or during bad weather.
trash bags, (bring out what you bring in)
hygiene kit, toilet paper, is a good thing to have in there.
trail mix, or some other snack, in zip locks, if the bags are not resealable

It does not sound like you have very much experience preparing for a camping trip. you need a lot of advice. in closing I will give you a link for even better advice
Packing is a chore, I know I have five kids myself but each has their own bag, it's better that way so no one will complain about their stuff being messed with, that's your first need. second you should have a sleeping bag suitable for the weather conditions unless your camping in a RV then you will need bedding for the RV. A yoga mat is on the thin side but being a closed cell foam pad it will help insulate the cold underneath you. I would use at least a 2inch thick pad. Your mess kit is good and clothing suitable for the weather conditions is always the right thing to bring. Your own flashlight and the ten essentials in a day pack are what I would recommend next. any personal needs ect are always at the top of the list as well. any way here's the link with helpful ad vice,
